DHB Agafay Morocco
When Deep House Bible came calling for their flagship event in Agafay, Morocco, Millinsky and I knew this wasn’t going to be just another drop. They were planning an experience — set against an ethereal desert backdrop with a lineup that included DIPLO, ANOTR, Carlita, Keinemusik, Laolu, Mayssa, and Mehdi. It was a lineup made for magic. And our job? To bottle up that magic in a limited-edition merch line that could only belong to that moment. Together with Millinsky, we designed the exclusive “Spirit of the Desert” collection — a six-piece capsule that merged the rawness of the terrain with the soul of electronic music.

Designing the Spirit
Every design choice in this collection was intentional. We drew inspiration from Berber motifs, sun-scorched palettes, flowing silhouettes, and the mystery of the dunes at dusk.
The graphic language balanced minimalism with ritual — abstracted symbols, loose illustrative forms, and type-driven statements that felt personal yet tribal. We weren’t just making merch — we were building visual identity for a moment in time.

Worn Under the Stars
The collection was exclusively available at the DHB event on May 19–20, 2023, and sold out during the weekend. There was something incredible about seeing people wear the pieces in real-time — dancing barefoot in the sand, lounging around fire pits, and welcoming the night in garments we had poured ourselves into.
It blurred the lines between fashion, music, and memory.

A Project Close to the Chest
This wasn’t just another collab. It was an intersection of everything I love — culture, music, design, and storytelling.
The Spirit of the Desert will always be one of those projects that felt deeply rooted in a place, a sound, and a shared pulse. And I’m proud to have helped shape that energy into something people could hold, wear, and remember.
